Rules

To ensure a fair, enjoyable, and safe environment for all players, we’ve established the following rules. By playing Solvendra, you agree to abide by these Rules. Violations may result in penalties ranging from warnings to permanent bans.

1. Accounts and Identity

  • One Account per Player: You may only own and play on one account. Creating or using alternate accounts (alts) is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban. New guest accounts will count as well.
  • No Account Sharing or Transfers: Your account is yours alone. Do not share, lend, trade, or sell your account.
  • No Ban Evasion: Creating a new account to avoid penalties or bans will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts. If you are truly sorry, create a ticket to appeal.
  • Inappropriate Names: Usernames must not contain offensive, suggestive, or impersonating language. Names violating this will be changed, and accounts may be muted or banned.
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to play Solvendra.

2. Trading and Wealth Transfer

  • No Real Money or Cross-Trading: Trading in-game assets for anything outside the game (e.g., real money, cryptocurrencies, or other games) is strictly forbidden.
  • No Boosting or Wealth Funneling: Transferring wealth (items or currency) to another player to unfairly accelerate their progress is not allowed.
    • Gifting Limit: Players may gift up to 1,000,000 gold per Player without it being considered boosting. Be aware, that every trade is tracked and suspicious activities will be dealt accordingly.
    • Flagged Activity: Gifts exceeding this limit will be flagged and may be investigated. Repeated or intentional violations are considered boosting.
    • Event Exceptions: Contests or events that involve gifts beyond the limit require prior staff approval.
  • Loaning at Your Own Risk: All item or gold loans are at your own risk. Players are not obligated to return loans. However, scamming with clear evidence is punishable.
  • No Scamming or Deception: Any form of fraud or dishonesty in trade or agreements is subject to penalties. Loans that have not been paid within the accorded time will be considered a scam.

3. Chat and Communication

  • Respect Others: Harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
  • Language Policy: Use English in public channels. Other languages are welcome in their own language channel, private and guild chats.
  • No Spamming: Repeated messages, excessive capitalization, or mass posting is not allowed.
  • No Explicit or Illegal Content: Do not promote or link to pornography, illegal activity, substance use, gore, or any mature content.
  • Channel Use:
    • Trade offers should stay in trade channels.
    • Questions belong in help channels.
    • Avoid tagging moderators unnecessarily.
  • No Impersonation: Do not impersonate other players or staff members.
  • Sensitive Topics or Drama: Avoid divisive or controversial topics such as politics, drama, religion or others in public spaces.
  • Privacy Respect: Do not share your or others’ personal information.
  • No Advertisement: Trading (Buy, Sell, Service) ads should be posted in the trading channel.
  • Do Not Share Secrets: Not everyone wants to get spoiled. Sharing in-game secrets can lead to a mute.

4. Gameplay Integrity

  • No Bots or Macros: You must play the game yourself. Automation tools such as bots, macros, and clickers are prohibited.
  • No Unauthorized Scripts: Scripts or browser extensions that send automated inputs or requests to the server are not allowed.
  • No Exploiting: If you discover a bug or exploit, report it. Using it for personal gain may result in a ban.
  • No System Circumvention: Attempts to bypass cooldowns, restrictions, or intended gameplay mechanics are forbidden.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

  • Follow Staff Instructions: Moderators and staff work to maintain a fair and safe environment. You are expected to follow their instructions.
  • Reporting Misconduct: Use the in-game report system or Discord ticket system to report violations.
  • Disputes: Disagreements with moderation actions should be addressed through official support channels, not public chat.
  • Enforcement Actions:
    • Warnings
    • Temporary or permanent mutes
    • Gold or item confiscation
    • Trade bans
    • Account suspensions or permanent bans
  • Wall of Shame: The violation of the rules will be publicly displayed at the wall of shame.

6. Rule Updates

  • Subject to Change: These rules can be updated over time. Major changes will be announced, but you are responsible for staying informed.
  • Continued Play: Continued play after changes indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
